A scrumptious cosy bedroom area, with a comfy Kingsize Double Bed (or two singles upon 7 days advance request). Dimmable lighting, hanging areas & smart TV (Netflix etc). Also a light filled sitting area with a small plush velvet sofa. French doors opening to a small patio garden, with chairs, table & exterior lighting. Black-out blinds fitted at all windows.

A cute little shower room designed in calcutta porcelain marble / with matt black accessories. Hanging, cupboards & under-bed storage. Fully equipped kitchenette. Electrical skylight for night time fresh air..

A warm well insulated, newly renovated, low energy mini space is designed to have a low impact on the environment & ancillary to the main property ...

Fresh Coffee & Tea, plus extra useful bits in the cupboards. Hand-wash & Shower Wash..

The Studio is lovingly, fully cleaned throughout, bedding fully changed, laundered / ironed & garden watered by Sarah from 11.00am (who is paid a living wage) and needs at least 3 hours, between guests, to prepare everything for your arrival to help make your stay as fabulous as possible..

Leafy, Relaxed, Central, Seven Dials Neighbourhood of Brighton, with Restaurants, Bars & Elegant Architectural Crescents. The area is an easy walk from all City Centre areas, many Restaurants & the Beach & station.. Much loved much by the locals...

Easy to park up & to walk everywhere. Regular trains to London / Gatwick etc are just a couple minutes walk away. Regular buses nearby.

There is an open doorway with an original structural support beam, separating the bedroom area from the sitting area .. So kindly please watch your head if you are over 6 feet (180cm) tall, when walking through this opening ..
